Ingredients:
200gms paneer, cut into cubes,
1/2 cup curd, beaten,
1/2 cup mint leaves,
1 cup coriander leaves,
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies,(or as per taste),
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
Juice of 1 lemon,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp pepper powder,
1/4 tsp garam masala,
Chat Masala as per taste,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Onion rings to garnish.

Method:
Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice into a smooth paste. Do not add water. Take this paste in a bowl, add curd, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, chat masala and some oil. Add paneer cubes to this paste, cover the paneer properly with this paste and marinate for half to 1 hour.
Heat some oil in a pan, and drop paneer pieces into it one by one. Cook on medium flame till you get a greenish brown color.
Garnish with onion rings and serve with red chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
