Herbed Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour,
10 gms fresh yeast,
1 tbsp margarine,
1 cup mixed herbs,
1 cup toned milk,
1 tsp ground cumin,
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp ground pepper.

Method:
Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and cover it and set aside for 10 minutes. Sift the flour with salt and then add herbs to it. Add margarine to it and rub till you get a texture of bread crumbs. Uncover the yeast, it should be frothy. Pour it into the flour along with milk and knead a dough and cover it with a damp cloth. Keep this aside for 20-25 minutes. The dough with increase in size. Then grease the bread tin and shape the dough into the shape of a loaf and place in it. Bake the bread in a preheat oven for around 30 minutes or till it becomes brown. Slice the loaf when done.
