Ingredients:
1 cup boiled and drained chickpeas,
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped,
1/2 tbsp tahina paste, (Recipe available at: http://foodatarian.com/2008/04/23/tahina)
Olive oil,
2 tbsp curd or yoghurt,
Salt to taste,
Dry red chillies to garnish.

Method:
Mix chickpeas, garlic, tahina paste and 1 tbsp olive oil in a blender and blend to a coarse paste. Then transfer this paste to a bowl, add curd, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and mix well. Now to serve level the paste with the back of a spoon, and make a small hole in the centre. Pour some olive oil in this space and top with dry red chillies.
