Honey Raisin Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats,
1/4 cup flour,
2 tbsp honey,
1/2 cup raisins,
2 egg whites,
1/4 tsp baking powder,
1/4 cup caster sugar,
25gm melted butter.

Method:
Sift together flour and baking powder. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, raisins, sugar and then add flour to it. In another bowl beat egg whites with honey and butter. Then stir in this mixture to the flour mixture and combine properly. Grease a baking tray, drop heaped tbsps of the mixture about 3-4 cm apart in the tray. Bake at 350 degree F (175 degree C) for around 15 minutes or till the biscuits turn golden brown. Allow them to cool onto the wire rack before you serve or store.
