Instant Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
1 cup sweetened chocolate bars,
1 egg,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
1 cup heavy cream,
Whipped cream and chocolate chips to garnish.

Method:
Blend together chocolate, egg and vanilla extract till the chocolate bars are chopped. Meanwhile heat the cream only till it starts bubbling. Stir and remove from flame. Switch on the blender (with the earlier contents in it) and pour the cream into it. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and chocolate is melted. The color of the mixture would change. When done pour into dessert glasses, cover with cling plastic film and chill to set. While serving top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
