Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground chicken,

2 tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers,

1 tsp paprika or ground red chilli,

1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese,

Bread crumbs to roll,

Oil for frying,

Mayonnaise (Use low fat if you prefer),

Thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumber,

Few leaves of Romaine Lettuce,

6 burger buns, split and lightly toasted on grill.

Method:

Mix together ground chicken, peppers, chilli and some cheese and mix thoroughly. Divide into six portions and prepare 1/2 inch thick patties. Heat oil in a frying pan to fry these patties. When hot, dip each patty into the bread crumbs, coat it well from both the sides and edges and add to pan. Fry them on low-medium flame, at golden color from both the sides until done. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle some cheese on each patty. Spread some mayonnaise on the buns, place the tomato and cucumber slices, lettuce leaves and patty and serve.
