A delicious dessert and yet low in calories. We are using yogurt instead of cream and replace sugar with any sugar free agent.

Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries,
1 cup low fat sweetened yogurt; beaten till smooth and creamy,
3-4 cookies of your choice,
3-4 tbsp sugar (optional).

Method:
Blend the raspberries till smooth. Add sugar and blend again for 2 minutes. Crumble the cookies into coarse powder. Then arrange the serving glasses or bowls. Arrange in layers two spoonfuls of blended raspberry, then yogurt, cookie crumbles, again a layer of raspberry, yogurt and top with some more cookie crumbles to finish. Complete filling all the serving glasses and chill until ready to serve.
