Low-fat Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
5 ounces fresh spinach leaves; blanched,
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt,
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese,
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
3 green onions; chopped,
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced,
A dash of Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp lemon juice,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and yogurt until even. Blend in the other ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
