Mango and Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and diced,
1 avocado, peeled and diced,
4 tomatoes, peeled and diced,
1 jalapeno pepper, diced (with or without seeds),
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped,
1/4 cup red onion, diced,
1 garlic clove, peeled and diced,
2 tbsp olive oil,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
In a large bowl, combine mango, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, red onion and garlic. Drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
