Ingredients:
For custard-
1 cup milk,
4 tbsp mango pulp,
4 tbsp sugar,
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in little water.

For orange syrup-
Juice of 1 orange,
2 tsp lemon juice,
4 tsp sugar,
1 tsp honey.

For garnishing-
Chopped fruits like Strawberries, Oranges, Watermelon, Muskmelon, black and green grapes or other fruits as per you choice and quantity as you desire.
Chopped dry fruits,
Saffron strands mixed with some water.

Method:
To prepare orange syrup mix all the ingredients for the syrup except honey, in a saucepan. Boil this syrup on a low flame till it turns thick. Cool this syrup at room temperature and then add honey and mix well.

To prepare the custard boil milk in a saucepan. When milk boils, lower the flame and add cornflour mixture, mango pulp, sugar and stir. Cook this custard till it boils. Then remove it from flame and cool in the refrigerator.

At the time of serving, take a decorative glass, fill half glass with the custard, then form a layer of the chopped fruits. Then pour some orange syrup, fresh cream and top with ice cream and dry fruits and saffron syrup.
