Ingredients:
For Dough-
1 cup maida(sieved wheat flour),
1 tbsp oil,
1/4 tsp salt,
Water.

For stuffing-
1 medium size onion, finely chopped,
5-6 mushrooms, finely chopped,
1 carrot, grated or finely chopped,
2 cups shredded cabbage,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
2 green chillies, finely chopped,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Sift flour with salt. Add oil and knead with water, to make a dough of rolling consistency.
Heat some oil in a wok(kadhai), add onion, saute till it turns transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Then add chopped or grated carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Then add cabbage and mushrooms, mix well and cook for further 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and remove from flame.
Make small balls and roll small puris or rounds of about 3″. Put a spoonful of stuffing inside, and pick up all the sides into folds like frills and bring all the folds together in the center. Similarly make all the momos.
To fry heat oil in a wok and fry on medium flame till they turn golden.
Serve hot momos with chutney.

TIP: You can also choose to steam the momos or bake them in the oven to avoid the excess calories.
