Ingredients:
6 slices of brown/white bread, toasted,
200 gms mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter,
1 1/2 tbsp refined flour,
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste,
3 tbsp cheddar or mozarella cheese, grated,
Some black and green olives for garnishing.

Method:
For preparing white sauce, heat a frying pan, melt the 1 1/2 tbsp butter and add flour. Cook stiring until it changes its colour to light brown. Slowly add milk and keep stirring. Season with some salt and pepper.
In another pan, heat remaining butter and saute the mushrooms.  Cook for around 5 minutes and then add the white sauce. Mix well. Now apply this mixture on the toasts, top with grated cheese and olives and bake in the oven till cheese melts.

TIP:
You can also heat a tava/skillet and heat the bread slices till the cheese melts
