Ingredients:
200gms noodles (of your choice),
20-25 canapes,
10-12 cloves of garlic; finely chopped,
1/2 tsp sliced fresh red chillies or dry flakes,
2-3 sprigs of spring onion; chopped,
1 green pepper (capsicum), chopped,
Juice of 1/2 lemon,
Salt, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce to taste,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Cook the noodles as per instructions on the pacaket and drain. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and red chillies and let it fry for a minute. Then add spring onion and pepper and saute for some time. Then add salt, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and stir. Toss the noodles into the wok and mix well so that it is seasoned well. Sprinkle lemon juice, stir and remove from flame. Arrange the canapes in a serving dish, place small portions of noodles into each canape, top with little sweet chilli sauce and serve.
