Orange Mousse

Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice,
1/2 cup cream; whipped till light and fluffy,
1/2 cup milk,
2 egg yolks,
3 tbsp gelatin,
1/2 cup water,
1/2 cup sugar,
Orange rind and mixed nuts to garnish.

Method:
Dissolve gelation in water. Beat the egg yolks, add milk and sugar to it. Add this mixture to a saucepan and place on low flame. Cook till it thickens. Then slowly add gelatin to it. Stir and cook for a minute. Remove from flame and let it cool slightly. Then add orange juice and cream to it and stir well https://indianpharmall.com/indian-kamagra/. Then fill it in the pastry bag. Fill small cups with the mousse and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Top with some orange rind and nuts before serving.
