Paneer kabab

Ingredients:
30 cubes (1″ cube)Paneer,
15-20 cherry tomatoes,
3 Green bell peppers,(cut into 1″ pieces),
1 cup yoghurt,
2 tsp Garlic paste,
1 tsp Chilly powder,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
2 tsp coriander powder,
1 tsp roasted jeera powder(cumin seeds powder),
Salt to taste,
Lemon to garnish.

Method:
Beat yoghurt in a bowl, till smooth and mix coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Make it into a smooth paste. Add paneer cubes to this and allow them to marinate for about 1 hour. On wooden barbeque skewers, arrange cubes of paneer, cherry tomatoes and green bell peppers squares alternately, brush some oil and grill till paneer changes colour to golden brown.
