200 gms paneer(cottage cheese),cubed,
2 medium size onions, chopped,
2 small tomatoes, chopped,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
2 tsp coriander powder,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Chapatis for the roll(as per requirement),
Pudina chutney(Mint chutney),
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
In a kadhai(wok) heat some oil and saute the onions till they turn transparent. Then add red chilli powder and mix well. Add the chopped tomatoes, fry them till theuy become soft. When the masala starts leaving oil, add the coriander powder, mix and also add the paneer cubes. Mix and cover with lid for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, add salt and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from flame.
Now take a chapati, spread the pudina(mint) chutney over it and the paneer stuffing created above. Roll the chapati, prepare remaining rolls similarly and serve with tomato ketchup.
