Ingredients:
1 kg Pomfrets, cut into medium slices,
1 cup Coconut milk,
1 tsp Corriander powder,
1 Medium Raw Mango, peeled, and pulp seperated from seed,
4 green chillies,
1 large onion, chopped,
1 tsp garlic paste,(or 4 Garlic Pods to be finely chopped),
1 tsp garam masala,
2-3 tej patta(bay Leaves),
1 tsp curry leaves,
1/2 tsp jeera(cumin seeds),
1/4 tsp rai(mustard seeds),
Oil for frying.

Method:
Marinate the fish slices with 1 tsp salt. Grind the mango pulp with green chillies.
Heat some oil in a non stick kadai. Fry the pieces but not deep fry it. Remove it from the kadai and keep them aside.
Fry the chopped onions in oil till they turn light brown in colour.
Add tej patta(bay leaves), curry leaves, jeera(cumin) and mustard seeds and fry for 2 minutes. Now add the garlic paste, saute for another 2 minutes.  Add the mano-chillies pulp and salt. Then add the coconut milk in it and reduce the flame.
Drop in the fish pieces and garam masala powder in the gravy stir carefully, so that fish pieces do not break. Cover it with lid on low flame for another 5 minutes. Simmer it for sometime (till fish is cooked) and serve it with plain rice.
