Pork Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup pork; diced,
5 cloves of garlic; chopped,
1 small onion; sliced,
8-10 lettuce leaves,
6-8 cup cabbage leaves,
1/2 cup chopped scallions (spring onions),
1/2 chilli pepper; finely diced
2 tbsp fish sauce,
Few leaves of basil,
1/2 tsp lemon juice,
1/2 tsp sugar,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 tsp sesame oil,
3 tbsp Olive oil.

Method:
Heat a pan, add oil and saute garlic, onion slices till onion is transparent. Then add pork and fish sauce and let the pork cook well. Meanwhile in a salad bowl arrange lettuce leaves, and all the veggies. When pork is cooked, put it into the veggies, sprinkle lemon juice, basil and sesame oil lemon toss and serve.

TIP:
You can prepare chicken salad with the same recipe by replacing pork with chicken.
