Directions
Today I am sharing with you a quick and easy Spinach Cheese Omelette recipe. It’s so easy to make.
You can cook this omelette for breakfast or for a quick dinner (like I end up doing when I come back home from work…dead tired)
You can throw in some mushrooms as well in this recipe, but then that calls for another recipe ( Spinach and Mushroom Omelette ).
As we all know omelette/omelet is a beaten egg, fried in a pan with some oil or butter. Omelette is the first recipe I learnt from my mum as a kid. It was the quickest thing I could cook and I still find it the quickest and easiest thing to cook. Especially if I am late from work or kids are hungry after games or if I am not at home, my husband too can prepare an omelette.
Plain Omelette, Stuffed Omelette, Omelette with sauce or Masala omelette (a favourite in India) so many different ways to frying those eggs.
In this Quick and Easy Spinach Cheese Omelette recipe, I have used garlic, salt, pepper and some crushed dry chilli, which was enough to season the spinach and not over power it with loads of flavour. Serve with garlic or plain toasted bread.
I hope you like it.
I am sure there are many ways to cook this recipe and I will be happy to hear from you how you make it or modify this recipe.
