Rice Pudding with hot Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup rice; washed,
1 litre milk,
4 tbsp sugar or as per taste,
2 eggs; beaten,
Nutmeg and lemon rind to taste.

For chocolate sauce-
3 chocolate bars,
1 cup cream,
1 tbsp butter.

Method:
To a pan add rice and milk and cook till rice is soft. Meanwhile prepare chocolate sauce. For that heat a pan, melt butter and add the chocolate bars. Keep stirring till they melt and then add cream to it. Stir continuously.
When rice has cooked, add sugar and beaten eggs and keep stirring. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle ground nutmeg and a pinch of lemon rind. Grease a baking dish and pour this rice mixture in it. Bake this at 150C for 15 minutes. While serving scoop a spoonful of pudding and pour hot chocolate sauce over it.
