Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts; skinned,
1/4 cup vinegar,
Salt and black pepper to taste,
1 tbsp oil,
1 cup boiled pasta of your choice,
2 boiled eggs,
6-8 fresh cabbage leaves,
1 cup sliced green, red and yellow peppers,
1 tsp butter.

Method:
Prick the chicken breasts so that the marinade penetrates inside. In a bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken breasts into it. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Heat the sizzling griddle, place little oil/butter and cook the chicken breasts from both the sides till chicken is tender.
When ready, arrange the cabbage leaves, egg slices, pasta, peppers around the chicken on the sizzling plate, Drop a dollop of butter and spread it on the plate. The dish would start sizzling, serve immediately.
