Ingredients:
1 cup mutter (shelled grean peas),
1 cup soyabean chunks,
1 large onion, finely chopped,
1 large tomato, finely chopped,
1 tsp jeera,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala,
2 tej patta,
4-5 peppercorns,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Water.

Method:
Boil soya chunks in salty water for about 4-5 minutes. Drain all the water out of these chunks and keep them aside. Boil mutter(green peas) separately till they are partly cooked. In a kadhai (wok) heat some oil and add jeera, tejpatta and peppercorns. When jeera splutters add chopped onion and saute till it turns transparent. Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for a minute. To this add mutter and drained soya chunks. Mix well and add some water only enough for cooking the peas. Add salt and garam masala, mix again and cover with a lid. Keep checking if the peas are cooked and mix the vegetables everytime you open the lid. When ready serve with chapatis.
