Ingredients:
For Pasta-
200 gms ribbon pasta,
4 cups water,
2 tsp oil,
1 tsp salt(or to taste).

For Fried Vegetables-
4 garlic pods, crushed,
4 spring onions, chopped,
2 carrots, sliced,
50 gms broccoli florets,
2 capsicums, chopped lengthwise,
5-6 french beans, chopped diagonally,
5 babycorns, sliced,
1 tbsp vinegar,
1 tsp soy sauce,
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds,
Pepper and salt to taste,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Boil water with oil and salt in a deep pan or a wok. Add the pasta shells and boil for around 7-8 minutes. Strain the boiled pasta in a strained and wash under cold running water. Also toss some oil in it. This avoid pasta shells from sticking to each other.
In a pan, heat some oil, add onion and crushed garlic, mix and saute for 2 minutes. Now add all the vegetables one by one, depending on their cooking temperature and stir fry them. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the boiled pasta and mix throughly. Cover with lid and cook on low medium flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
