This is a sweet snack, or serve it as a dessert. Kids love it!

Ingredients:
1 packet Cream Crackers,
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder, (choose any flavor of your choice)
250ml milk,
2 tbsp sugar.

Method:
Dissolve custard powder in half cup warm milk. Bring rest of the milk to boil, and then add the custard mixture and 1 tbsp sugar to the boiling milk, stirr continously and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes or till the custard thickens. Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate if you like.
In a bowl, mix cream and sugar and beat till smooth (around 3-4 minutes). Mix the chopped strawberries to the cream and use a spoon to fold it.
Spread the custard on a cracker, cover with another cracker, now spread the strawberry cream over this cracker and then put a cracker on the top of this. Similarly prepare the rest crackers and serve as a snack or as a dessert.
