Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour,
0.25 ounces active dry yeast,
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C),
1/2 cup warm milk,
2 eggs; well beaten,
1/2 cup butter; softened,
1/2 cup white sugar,
1 tsp salt.
1 cake yeast
1 c. milk, warmed
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour

Method:
Mix yeast with warm water and then add milk, butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Stir in half the flour and beat well until smooth. Slowly stir in remaining flour and then transfer it on a floured surface and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes. Then place it into a large greased bowl and cover it with a lid. Make sure you leave some space for the dough to rise. When the dough is almost double in size, make small rolls out of it. Place these rolls on a greased baking dish at some distance from each other. Bake these rolls at 350-375 degrees F (around 175 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
