Three Bean Salad
A nice colorful bean salad is a real healthy food. You can replace this salad for your dinner or eat it as a filler between your meals.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or canned green beans; chopped,
1 cup fresh or canned yellow wax beans; chopped,
1 cup canned kidney beans (can use dark red or light or both); drained,
1 green bell pepper; chopped,
2 white onions; sliced,
For the dressing –
1/4 cup cider or white vinegar,
1/3 cup salad oil,
1/4 cup granulated sugar,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients of the dressing. In a salad bowl add all the other ingredients. Then pour the dressing over the beans and toss well. Refrigerate before serving.
