Ingredients:
200gms tofu, cut into cubes,
1 capsicum, cut into 8 equal pieces,
1 cup thick curd,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1/2 tsp chat masala,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
3/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste.
Skewers.

For the masala-
1 onions, finely chopped,
1 tomato, cut into halves and then into 8 equal pieces,
2 green chillies finely chopped,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1/2 tsp chat masala,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Chopped coriander as per taste,
Salt to taste,
Oil,
Water.

Method:
Prepare a marinade with curd, ginger-garlic paste, chat masala, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Put the tofu cubes into this, coat them well with the marinade and marinate them for around 30 minutes. Then arrange them on the skewers alongwith the capsicum and grill them on a tandoor, or and oven or even on a gas stove till it gets the burnt fragrant. But do not burn the tofu, grill it on a low flame or temperature. Keep it aside.
In a pan, heat some oil, add onion, chillies and saute till onion turns transparent. Then add the other ingredients and grilled tofu and capsicum. Add little water and mix well.
