Ingredients:
2 cups maida (refined wheat flour),
2 cups milk,
1 cup granulated sugar,
1 cup milk powder,
1 flat tsp baking powder,
Few drops of vanilla essence,
Few drops of strawberry essence,
2 tbsp beetroot juice or strawberry pulp or few drops of pink color,
3/4 cup vegetable oil.

For the icing-
4 tbsp cream,
2 tbsp honey.

Method:
Seive maida and baking powder, add sugar, milk powder to it and mix well. Slowly add milk and mix rigourously so that no lumps are formed. Then add oil and mix only in one direction. Divide this batter into 2 equal portions. Add vanila essence to one and strawberry essence, beetroot juice or strawberry pulp or few drops of pink color to another. Mix well. Grease the baking dish, sprinkle some flour and dust well to coat the entire dish. Spread the vanila layer at the bottom and then pour the strawberry layer over it. Bake in the microwave oven for 9-10 minutes at 100d C.
Meanwhile mix together cream and honey and beat till creamy and stiff. Top the cake with this icing when it cools down.
